Order processing times:

• Pre-order: All orders will be shipped out after pre-order window ends. It'll take 1-7 days to get it ready to ship.
• Regular order: After an order is placed, it'll take 1-3 days to get it ready to ship. Orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping (U.S.):

• We offer several shipping options like expedited shipping or next-day.
• Free shipping: Not offered at this time.

International shipping:

• Not available.

Local (Los Angeles, CA) option:

• Pick up might be available in LA and this opportunity will be announced in advance. Follow @SWEETIFI_official on instagram for notification.

Returns, changes, and cancellations:

• We do accept returns for non-food items. If you're not satisfied with our products, let us know within 30 days and we'll be happy to refund you.
• We do not accept returns of food products due to safety and health concerns. However, if you receive a damaged, or incorrect food item, email us at hi@sweetifi.com within 7 days of delivered date.
• Unfortunately, we're unable to refund shipping fees.
