Sweetifi

Traditional rice cake, such as mochi and injeolmi get their signature chewiness from glutinous rice (sweet rice). Sweetifi developed Chumi to deliver that same satisfying texture without the high carb content.

Traditional Mochi and Injeolmi = Rice + Sugar + (Other grains like red bean, mung bean, etc). It's mostly carbs, barely any protein or fiber

Chumi = Protein (including 'Hydrolyzed collagen peptides') + Prebiotic fiber + Natural sweetener (Allulose). Chumi is low carb, keto friendly.

We use allulose, a rare sugar found in figs. No sugar*, no erythritol, no maltitol or aspartame. Allulose isn't metabolized like sugar, so it doesn't raise blood glucose the way sugar does. *Not a low calorie food

Chumi contains milk from whey protein isolate. Black sesame Chumi contains sesame.
